Process design
- Sparing of equipment and trains based on reliability and
cost/benefit evaluations.
- Driver system optimizations and combined cycle evaluations.
- Various Field development issues. E.g. optimizing size
of subsea flowlines and separator pressure to optimize recovery and lower
compression costs. This includes ability to quantitatively evaluate and recommend
various production enhancement technologies e.g. subsea booster-pumps, gas
lift or subsea separation.
- Process design during pre-engineering, detail engineering
(new facilities and modification of existing facilities). Our staff has been
responsible for detail engineering design of high pressure gas injection /
WAG facilities, Flare and Vent Systems,
- Various process optimization work and de-bottlenecking.
- Safety system design and Process Control Systems design
- Object orientated software design. Our Company develop process
sizing routines based on C++. The ability to interface with simulation software
like HYSYS tm with own developed software makes cost optimization of process
facilities more efficient.
- Process modeling in PRO II (Provision), HYSYS, Design
II, NEW*S and Flarenet
